About Us

Ivy joined the APS team in August 2024. She has called Bryan-College Station home for 6 years, cherishing the town’s friendly and close-knit community. Reflecting her lifelong love for animals, she shares her home with three dogs, a fish and its aquatic snail companion, and a bearded dragon. Ivy’s diverse background includes being an equestrian rider, and also had a successful stint in the medical field where she thrived in a fast-paced environment while building connections with patients. Passionate about fitness, she follows a plant-based lifestyle with her wife and their nine-year-old daughter. In her free time, Ivy loves to cook, hike, travel, and strum her guitar.

In July 2025, Ivy was promoted to Operations Manager. Her responsibilities include helping train and assist our Pet Care Specialists, perform new client consultations, interview potential applicants, be a point of contact for client feedback, quality control, and overall team support.

Kendall joined the APS team in October 2023. She is a student at Texas A&M RELLIS studying general business and will graduate in 2025 and currently has her associates from Lonestar Montgomery. She worked for 4 years as a kennel technician at a vet clinic in Spring, TX! The high school she went to had a Vet program where she learned how to handle and care for different types of animals big and small, had a doggy daycare program, and raised goats through FFA! She plans to own her own business training dogs in her future and is currently absorbing as much as she can shadowing different trainers with different training styles and training her own dogs, Remi and Nellie!

In August 2024, Kendall was promoted to Team Lead. Her responsibilities include helping train and assist our Pet Care Specialists, perform new client consultations, and create content via our social media accounts.

Sofia joined the APS team in January 2024. In May 2025, she graduated from Blinn College with an Associate’s degree in Agricultural Science! She has been pet sitting for many years, and absolutely loves all types of animals. She is currently volunteering at Brazos County Precinct 3 Fire Department, and has received her Wildland Fire certificate. She is about to start Fire Academy in 2026. She is also working towards becoming an Emergency Medical Responder. She hopes to take firefighting/EMS to a full-time career, and is working hard to achieve that! When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, being with animals, riding her bike, fishing, and hunting. She has a Labrador Retriever named Bosco and a Golden Retriever named Riley. Sofia is excited for the continued opportunity to get to love on your pets and care for them as if they’re her own!

Destinee joined the APS team in March 2024. She is currently a Sophomore as Texas A&M studying Biomedical Sciences. After completing her bachelor’s degree she plans to pursue her life-long dream of becoming a Veterinarian. Her love for animals has become a second nature as she grew up on a farm where she found her passion for animal care. She has worked within the pet care industry where her knowledge and passion has grown very rapidly. Destinee currently has two dogs; a boxer named Cinnamon and a Cavalier named Bentley, which she absolutely adores. When Destinee has free time she enjoys visiting the beach, road trips, reading, long walks, and watching the sunset or sunrise.

Stefani joined the APS team in July 2025. She grew up in Bryan-College Station, and has had many different pets throughout the years. As a pet lover, she’s enjoyed caring for family and friends’ pets, and she’s now excited to care for yours! She understands that each pet has unique needs, and is committed to providing them with the love and attention they deserve. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or companionship, she treats every pet like my own, ensuring they feel safe and happy while you’re away!

Mika joined the APS team in March 2025, and was a client of APS before becoming a Pet Care Specialist! She’s a lifelong Texan and lifelong lover of animals. A 1994 Texas A&M graduate, Mika spent most of her adult life in the accounting sector but retired from accounting to focus on service to the community including Aggieland Humane Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, and A&M United Methodist Church. She has been married to Dr. Neal Spears (’95) since 1994 and they have two children, both graduates of Texas A&M as well. In her spare time, Mika enjoys traveling, writing, and playing golf.

Madison joined the APS team in July 2025. She graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2021 with a BA in Geology. She is a lover of all pets, big and small! She grew up in a small town and has always owned cats and dogs, and her family owns a cattle ranch in the Texas hill country. She currently has two fur babies, Duke and Dottie. They bring her so much joy and she loves giving them the best life possible. She loves getting to meet everyone’s pets and provide them with the best possible care. In her free time, she’s either quilting, golfing, reading, or watching Aggie sports.

Farrah joined the APS team in January 2026. She is originally from the Sugarland area of Houston, and moved to College Station in May 2025 for college. Animals are her life, and dogs are her passion! She raises Labrador Retriever puppies for an organization called Guide Dogs for the Blind. She is currently on my third dog – His name is Prescott. She has also worked at a dog boarding facility for a year and a half, and in a Vet Clinic for 2 years. Back home, she has 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a snake.

Kaitlin joined the APS team in October 2025, and has been in the pet industry for several years! She was a Manager at PetSmart for 8 years, and is now the Boarding Manager at South 40 Veterinary Hospital as of May 2025. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. She has always loved animals and the outdoors. She currently has 3 dogs, 5 cats, and some reptiles. She love training with her dog Madigan, playing with plants, and reading in her free time!

Kolbie joined the APS team in May 2025. She is a Psychology Major at Texas A&M, studying to be a Psychiatrist. Her goal is to help people overcome their grief, and she believes that animals play a big role in helping! She loves animals, and has grown up around them my whole life – Dogs, horses, cattle, cats, pigs, you name it! In her free time, she enjoys exploring downtowns, shopping, being outside, volunteering as a Crisis Text-Line Counselor, and going on side quests with her friends to Buc-ees!

Ryan joined the APS team in May 2025. His family has lived here in College Station for a long time! Fun fact: He was a client of APS before joining our team. He has a passion for any and all animals! He has been around pets of all sizes for all of his life, and has done both agility and obedience training with his dogs. He can’t wait to meet your pets and give them the best care he can offer!

Audrey joined the APS team in June 2025. She’s currently a senior at Texas A&M University majoring in Biomedical Sciences, with dreams to go to Veterinary School once she graduates! She has three animals of my own, a Pit Bull mix, a cat, and a snake! She also works as a Veterinary Technician at a local veterinary clinic here in College Station. She has always had a passion for animals and will do everything she can to ensure your pet receives the best care possible!
