My dogs loved Natalie immediately upon meeting her. We’ve used her served twice now, and it more than met our expectations. I loved the daily (my husband jokingly called them “proof of life”) pictures and updates. I also feel that she’s more than welcome to do small tasks outside of giving our dogs love and attention. Our first vacation away, she kindly fed our fish. And on the second vacation, they watered our plants on a day I knew they’d need it. No questions, no complaints. Just a perk that we appreciated greatly!
