We had such a great first time experience with Natalie caring for our two cats while on our vacation. She took the time to come meet our family and kitties beforehand, and was wonderfully organized and responsive to getting us set up as new clients and answering questions. While we were gone, she graciously sent pictures and updated us each day on how they were doing. It was so wonderful to have peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. She also went above and beyond with getting our mail and packages and also took out our trash. We are so grateful to have her to care for our girls and will no doubt continue to use her services in the future.
